I felt the film’s pacing was appropriately slow, there is one single question which is simply “what is tormenting this man”, and the film builds the perfect level of tension and frustration for the audience as we attempt to answer the question. Watching cooking shows is a bit like eating. Its also a bit like inhuman torture. I get both a pleasant and wrenching sensation in my stomach.
